The hotel itself is very old, but exceptionally clean. We needed to sleep 6, so picked this hotel because it would do the trick. We didn't expect a separate room for one of the queen beds, which was really a nice surprise. Additionally, we didn't expect a kitchen, which was also nice. It was located just off the main road running through downtown South Lake Tahoe, so very convenient.

everything went just as planned the staff was so sweet to myself as well as helpful to my son who locked the key inn the room the gentleman behind the counter told my boy here you go my friend and helped us with our bags i highly recommend staying here it was cost effective and so clean and quaint

We loved the convenience of the location. We walked to/from dinner and drinks. The staff was friendly and our rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s a good value for a basic hotel room.

Location! Location! Location! The place was nice, beds were new , clean, but old and needed updating. Not a place to stay if you want fancy, but great for value. Outside was very nice,

We got the room with the spa tub, which was great after a long and hard day. Very large tub where I was able to stretch out comfortably and watch TV. Price was great. Was worried I wouldn't get my deposit back (always cautious of scams, ya know?) but it came back to my account the day after we left. Good for traveling on a budget while also getting a few nice amenities.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and helping. Location was great, few minutes walk from Casino and Gondola. We enjoyed walking in neighborhood as it nice and quiet. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget hotel with great location.

It’s perfectly situated. Walking distance to the beach, casinos and restaurants. I got great value for the money spent here. There’s a new management team that seems to take great care in making sure that my stay was a good one.

Staff is great. Microwave did not work and window needed a screen. It was warm weather and at nite time had window open but without a screen it felt unsafe. Therfore could not sleep comfortable.

Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all for the price to me, loved the location minuets walk away from heavenly village and the casinos. The bed was super comfortable! I would definitely return :) it was a great value to me, I’m honestly not picky at all :)

The rooms was good with all basic amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great with amazing neighborhood. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.
